Community membership   $350 annually

Community Membership is the foundation. It's about participation in the life of the club: events, gatherings, and shared experiences at the marina. It’s for those who want to engage with the community, with or without using the wellness amenities.

A la carte day passes for the sauna and unpowered boats are $15

Float   +$275 annually

FLOAT adds access to human-powered watercraft, including kayaks and canoes. It’s for members who want direct access to the water.

It's about time on the river, movement, and exploration from the marina.

Sweat   +$50 monthly

Sweat is built around the sauna experience. It’s for those who want a consistent place to unwind, reset, and incorporate sauna into their routine.

Come for a quick reset or stay for a full cycle. Use it solo or alongside others.
